Dr Ostrander and Dr Park started 1st Step Medical to be a non-judgmental safe haven for those struggling with addiction.  Dr Ostrander, a native Texan, moved to Mississippi after graduating medical school from Kansas City University of Medicine.  He finished his family medicine residency in Tupelo, MS.  He is married, has 3 children, and is an avid tennis player.  He loves to travel and pursue new adventures.
